Summary

Gexbot is a world class options analysis tool popular in the Sierra Chart community. They offer a wide range of tools for analyzing options, including:

• A Sierra Chart custom study to plot options gamma, gex, delta, and other information
• SPX, SPY, NQ/NDX, RUT, QQQ, UVXY, AAPL, TSLA, MSFT, AMZN, NVDA, META, NFLX, and more
• Orderflow engine, gamma exposure imbalance, convexity ladder
• History, so past dates can be analyzed

How to Setup

1. Visit https://www.gexbot.com/ and make an account
2. Subscribe to a plan, such as “State”
3. Generate an API key by clicking Account > API Key from the top right side of the gexbot website
4. Visit https://www.gexbot.com/sierra and download the Standard Sierra Chart DLL
5. Move the DLL file to the Data folder of Sierra Chart. More info here:

6. Add the study to your chart, and include the API key obtained from step 3

Additional Notes

This is an exceptional tool, and by far the best options analytics tool available for Sierra Chart users. The team activily updates and improves the tool, and has been dedicated to delivering a truly world-class tool. This handbook only mentions 1 tool, and that tool is Gexbot. They offer a reduced price trial for first time users. Every Sierra Chart user that trades futures should consider adding Gexbot to their toolset.
